Terms of Service

Last updated: June 7, 2026

Agreement to these terms

By downloading or playing PopTide, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. PopTide is made by SudoAI.

The service

PopTide is a free, ad-supported casual puzzle game. There are no accounts to create, and your game progress is stored on your device. Some features described on this site, such as online leaderboards, may still be in development and not yet available.

Ads and purchases

PopTide shows ads, including optional rewarded ads (for example, to revive a run) and interstitial ads. If in-app purchases are offered in the future (such as removing ads), they will be clearly labeled, handled by your platform's store, and subject to its refund policies.

Your data

Game progress and scores are stored only on your device. Because PopTide has no accounts, deleting the app deletes your local progress — there is no way for us to restore it.

Acceptable use

Use PopTide only for lawful, personal entertainment. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or misrepresent the game or its branding, and do not exploit bugs to falsify shared scores.

No warranty

PopTide is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the game will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that local data will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SudoAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including loss of data — arising from your use of PopTide.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as PopTide grows. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version; continuing to play after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence. Nothing in them limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under that law.
